Does Accurate Valve do Custom Actuator Mounts?
We can modify just about any valve to custom-fit with an actuator that we can size and recommend, or one of your own choosing.
What's the typical lead time on a valve?
A stock valve can be shipped out as soon as Same Day. Specialty valves such as Cryogenic or custom application could take up to 3 weeks.
Do you stock everything listed on the site?
No, given the nature of valve selection and everyone having different needs, we try to stock as many common sizes/models as possible, as well as enough modification kits such as NPT/SW/Sanitary/Flange, but there may be some that require factory ordering.
What's the typical response time on correspondence?
We strive to make an initial inquiry response in 24 hours or less.
Can I pick up my order if I need it fast?
During work hours our shipping and receiving department can have you ready if we’ve received your purchase order marked for local will-call.
